The product is mainly used in the pipeline knock injury, stick on the surface of the pipeline to seal and anti-corrosion role. It consists of a radiation crosslinked polyethylene substrate with a hot melt adhesive on one side.
The repair piece, also known as heat shrinkable belt repair piece or polyethylene radiation cross-linking repair piece, is a kind of radiation cross-linking repair piece specially designed and developed for the repair of polyethylene anticorrosive layer of steel pipe. It is made of radiation crosslinked polyolefin substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive composite. It is specially used for repairing the damage caused by the polyethylene outer anticorrosive coating of two and three layers of polyethylene anticorrosive coating in the process of transportation, inspection and construction. The patch has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, impact resistance, anti-penetration and other aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, easy to operate, high mechanical strength, strong environmental adaptability, soil stress resistance, hydrostatic pressure resistance, cathodic stripping resistance, chemical corrosion and mold erosion and other corrosion behavior, etc. Provide long-term and effective protection for steel pipe.
Note: There are two forms of patch patch and patch patch. The patch is not heat shrinkable, and is used for local spot and line scratches less than 100 mm square. When the jacket damage area is more than 100 mm 2, or the axial and radial damage is serious, the patch shall be used.
